It goes to a call center and I'm on hold.Įventually he leaves while I leave a message for customer service to receive a call back. I ask if he has the number to the store he says no. I explain the mistake with the app and that my intention was not to pay that tip amount however I have the full amount for the cookies and my tip. Dude takes the cookies back and says I have to pay the full amount bc the store expects the full amount. I give the amount for the cookies plus my tip. Ok np, I'll just pay my intended tip when delivered.ĭude rolls up within 20 min with the delivery. But the app changed the tip back to $3.75. And shady.), but I changed it and placed my order.
